About

I am an Assistant Professor of Great Texts and Philosophy at the Saint Constantine College in Houston, TX and a Doctoral Candidate in the Department of Philosophy at Baylor University in Waco, TX.

Research

My current research focuses on areas in Social Epistemology and Epistemic Normativity. In particular, my dissertation defends a view of epistemic normativity, which I term epistemic norm contextualism, on which our epistemic norms are (i) not reducible to doxastic norms, (ii) grounded in the epistemic values endorsed by the epistemic communities we are members of, and (iii) legitimately vary between epistemic communities.

I also maintain interests in philosophy of education and philosophy of religion.
